Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Engineer, located in Seri Kembangan. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for providing technical expertise and support during the sales process, building strong relationships with clients, and understanding their needs to propose appropriate solutions. The role involves conducting product demonstrations, offering technical guidance, and ensuring a seamless communication channel between the customer and internal teams. Additional responsibilities include preparing technical proposals, contributing to sales strategies, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales cycle.
