Job Description
- Mastering solution & industry knowledge, promote product with assistance of pre‑sales/ support team
- Represent solution/ brand principle in delivering technology awareness and solution demonstration articulately and confidently
- Understand customers' diverse, scoping of specific business needs and applying product knowledge to meet those requirements
- Customer profiling and subsequent cold‑calling in order to create interest in products and services, generate new business leads and arrange meetings
- Conduct pre‑qualification questionnaire (PQQ), responding with detailed information to tender (ITT) document
- Identifying and developing new business through networking, attending industry events, courtesy and follow‑up calls
- The actual sale involved negotiating a commercial agreement to the benefit of both the customer and supplier
