- Analyze and clarify customer requirements including technical specifications and application needs
- Review and understand electrical system designs for Transformers and Switchgear
- Prepare technical data, proposals, and product presentations for customers
- Prepare quotations and support price calculation and price approval
- Coordinate with Engineering, Production, and Purchasing departments to confirm specifications, cost, and delivery timeline
- Prepare reports and customer summaries prior to customer meetings or internal discussions
- Provide technical support and clarification to customers and sales teams
- Ensure all proposal and quotation documents comply with applicable standards (IEC, IEEE, etc.)
- Evaluate technical feasibility and requirements before order confirmation
- Maintain and update pricing, specifications, and product databases
