HIRING: SALES EXECUTION LEAD (SERVICES BUSINESS)

We're looking for a
hands-on sales operator
to
take full ownership of our sales engine
and turn it into a disciplined, high-energy, closing machine.

This is
not
a strategy-only role.

a soft team management job.

This role is for someone who can
fix weak sales teams
, bring urgency, enforce process, and
drive revenue
in a
service-based business
.

WHAT YOU WILL OWN

• End-to-end sales process (leads → closing → follow-ups)
• Sales targets, discipline, and accountability
• Coaching and pushing the sales team to perform
• Conversion improvement and pipeline visibility
• Key deals, escalations, and stuck opportunities
• Injecting
  sales energy, structure, and execution
