Sales Executive

Job Responsibilities
Responsible for day-to-day activities in the sales gallery, including attend to sales inquiries, project explanation to the customers, on-site sales, contract signing, mortgage assistance and after sales service.
Responsible to maintain sales office, mock up units and showroom in good conditions;
To build and maintain good relationship with existing and potential customers;
Assist Head of Department to drive the overall sales and marketing activities.
Spearhead and carry out product launching inclusive pre and post launch activities.
Prompt coordination to ensure accurate and timely processing of sales-related documentations.
Assist in the handing over of vacant possession process.
Assist in the organization and execution of administrative tasks related to sales events, open houses, and promotional activities at the sales gallery.
