Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new key accounts through networking, cold calling, and market research to drive sustainable sales growth.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Manage the business development pipeline to achieve annual sales growth above industry average and execute strategic initiatives aligned with divisional direction.
• Understand customer needs and provide accurate information to the NPI team for timely RFQ preparation and delivery.
• Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals.
• Prepare quotations in accordance with the company's costing structure.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
