Key responsibilities:
Identify and pursue business opportunities within the corporate (B2B) segment.
Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing corporate clients.
Conduct hotel inspections and client visits to showcase facilities.
Collaborate with operations and other departments to meet client expectations.
Keep account information updated in CRM or database systems.
Assist in Sales Blitz and promotional activities as needed.
Support competitor research and maintain strong product knowledge.
Maintain professional relationships with industry contacts and partners.
Help identify operational issues affecting sales performance and suggest improvements.
