Qualifications

• Graduate of Marketing, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or any related course
• With excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
• Must be detail-oriented, proactive, and customer-focused
• Experience in hotel sales, banquets, or events coordination is an advantage

Responsibilities

• Assist in promoting and coordinating function room sales and bookings
• Handle client inquiries, prepare quotations, and follow up on leads
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth event operations
• Maintain client relationships and ensure guest satisfaction
• Prepare and maintain sales reports and documentation
