In joining our team, youll be responsible for: Ensuring your sales goals are met Providing a superior level of customer service to all Members and Guests Oversight of sales and retention of our Members tours of our facility, follow-ups, membership sales and troubleshooting active memberships Helping maintain the cleanliness, upkeep, and overall quality of our Fitness Center Learning our Operating Systems and updating Member and Guest accounts And more To be a great fit, youll have: Availability for Full-Time Employment Flexibility preferred Thrive in a sales role! 1+ years of Fitness or Gym Membership sales 3+ years of Customer Service Experience Effective Computer Skills Ability to learn new software systems...
