Sales Executive - Hotel101 Management Corp

Assist the Sales Manager to ensure successful and efficient operation of Sales department in accordance with Hotel 101 Group's policy and procedures and branding

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism Management, or its equivalent
• At least 6 months to 1 year experience in the hotel industry
• Has strong sales background
• Knowledge in OPERA system
• Skills in database management, presentation, negotiation
• Has strong oral and written communication skills

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Conduct virtual and physical calls on the assigned area
• Solicit leads and prepares proposal, contracts, and corporate rates according to requirements
• Handle corporate and group bookings at Hotel 101 Group
• Provide after-sales service and in particular to ensure all guests complaints are taken seriously and discussed with the respective departments if necessary
