Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Achieve assigned sales targets through effective market execution
- Develop and manage relationships with distributors, retailers, and HoReCa clients
- Coordinate internally to ensure availability of products in required quantities
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback
- Support sales forecasting and execute promotions
Education: Atleast Bachelor's degree
Experience: 1-2 years of experience in B2B sales (frozen foods) or Hotel, Restaurants & Cafes/Caterings.
Competencies:
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Good understanding of the foods & hospitality industry
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and field-oriented
- Customer service and complaint handling
