Sales Executive

Job Description:
We are looking for a confident and motivated Female Sales & Marketing Executive to market and sell residential/commercial units in our tower projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Market and sell tower units to potential customers
• Attend walk-in clients and handle inquiries professionally
• Explain project details, pricing, and payment plans
• Maintain customer records and sales documentation
• Follow up with clients and recover installment/payments
• Coordinate with management for bookings and updates

Requirements:

• Female candidate only
• Prior experience in real estate or construction sales preferred
• Good communication and customer-handling skills
• Basic computer skills (record keeping, follow-ups)
• Target-oriented and well-organized
