Sales Executive

Job Description

• Closely liaise and coordinate with principals to achieve sales and coverage objectives.
• Ensure effective time and attendance management for team members according to guidelines.
• Set sales targets/objectives for supervisors and sales team; develop a plan of action upon approval.
• Regularly monitor sales achievement and compare with the plan; identify variances and implement corrective measures.
• Conduct regular market visits to gather feedback, ensure proper market coverage, after-sales service, timely deliveries, address customer grievances, and develop new customers and markets.
• Review and adjust sales coverage plans to maximize market coverage.
• Optimize the utilization of delivery vans, monitor mileage, and maintain loading capacities within insured limits.
