Job Title: Sales Executive

We are seeking an experienced and driven Senior Sales Executive to own and grow our sales pipeline. This role requires a hands-on salesperson who can manage CRM data, engage prospects through outbound activity, and convert qualified leads into paying customers.

• Consistent daily outbound calling activity with clear follow-up discipline
• Strong rapport built with prospects through regular, meaningful conversations
• Prospects remain engaged due to trust, clarity, and timely communication
• Leads are nurtured over time rather than rushed to close
• CRM reflects detailed call notes, next steps, and relationship history
• Sales targets are achieved through relationship-driven selling, not one-off wins

Pay: Rs70, Rs150,000.00 per month
