Job Description:
-Actively engage in selling residential properties by offering tailored solutions to clients.
-Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and following up on leads.
-Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the company's residential projects, including pricing, layouts, and key features.
-Build and nurture strong client relationships, delivering exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
-Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and documentation as required.
Requirements:-
-Minimum Bachelors Degree.
-Proven experience in Real Estate Sales, specifically in Residential Projects.
-Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
-Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
-Familiarity with Local Real Estate market trends and dynamics.
