We are seeking a dedicated and driven Sales Executive to join our team at BY CHEFIZA SDN BHD'. In this full-time position based in Pengkalan Chepa, Kelantan, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with our valued customers.
What you'll be doing
Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities within your assigned territory
Develop and maintain excellent relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business
Effectively communicate the features and benefits of our products and services to customers
Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction
Collaborate with the wider sales team to share best practices and achieve sales targets
Accurately record and report on all sales activities and customer interactions
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors and new product developments
