Sales Executive

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for day-to-day activities in the sales gallery, including attend to sales inquiries, project explanation to the customers, on-site sales, contract signing, mortgage assistance and after sales service.
• Responsible to maintain sales office, mock up units and showroom in good conditions;
• To build and maintain good relationship with existing and potential customers;
• Assist Head of Department to drive the overall sales and marketing activities.
• Spearhead and carry out product launching inclusive pre and post launch activities.
• Prompt coordination to ensure accurate and timely processing of sales-related documentations.
• Assist in the handing over of vacant possession process.
