Responsibilities

• Promote and sell company products/services to new and existing customers.
• Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets set by the Company.
• Identify new sales opportunities, leads, and potential markets.
• Maintain good relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.
• Conduct product presentations and explain features, pricing, and promotions clearly to customers.
• Prepare quotations, sales proposals, and follow up on customer inquiries.
• Coordinate with internal departments (operations, finance, admin) to ensure smooth order processing.
• Handle customer feedback, complaints, and after-sales support professionally.
