Sales Executive

We are looking for energetic and customer-focused Retail Sales Executives to work in-shop and manage daily retail sales activities. The role includes assisting walk-in customers, promoting products, maintaining shop presentation, and delivering excellent customer service to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Welcome and assist walk-in customers in a professional and friendly manner.

2. Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products.

3. Achieve assigned daily and monthly sales targets.

4. Ensure proper product display, merchandising, and shelf arrangement.

5. Handle billing, invoicing, and basic cash management (where applicable).

6. Maintain shop cleanliness, organization, and product availability.

7. Monitor stock levels and coordinate with management for replenishment.
