Job Overview
We are hiring an energetic and target-driven Telesales Executives for our onsite real estate sales team in Lahore. This role is ideal for individuals who are confident on calls, skilled in client engagement, and motivated by commissions and growth opportunities.
As a Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for outbound calling, lead engagement, objection handling, and booking meetings for real estate sales consultants.
Key Responsibilities
Make 80–120 outbound calls daily to potential clients
Engage in 15–25 quality sales conversations per day
Book 8–12 qualified meetings weekly for the sales team
Understand client needs and pitch relevant real estate property offerings
Handle objections confidently and professionally
Maintain accurate call and lead records
Coordinate closely with the onsite sales team to close deals
