Sales Executive

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in any Engineering or Business-related course
• At least 5 years sales experience in construction
• Proven experience in contract negotiation knowledge of construction projects, materials, and costing
• Ability to secure projects and close deals
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Experience dealing with clients, developers, and contractors
• With valid driver's license is an advantage
