To assist from time to time for submission to KPKT

Assist in the formulation and review of property pricing strategies for Kuala Lumpur–based projects.
To promote and professionally sell a wide range of properties to potential buyers.

• Participate in sales campaigns, promotions and projects launches.

• Provide excellent customer service and build solid relationships with customers.

• Able to handle administrative work and provide timely reports and feedback to management.

• To undertake sales programme for residential and commercial properties.

• To assist all preparation for the sales launches, marketing activities and road shows.

• To promote public awareness on the project and entertain customers (walk in customers, telephone enquiries, road show and etc).

• To update and maintain customer database and ensure the sale suite is always neat and tidy.
