Job Description
JOB SUMMARY: The Sales Specialist – Business Development is responsible for acquiring new accounts and generating revenue through structured lead generation, client onboarding, and deal closing. This role is focused on business acquisition. The Specialist identifies white space opportunities, builds a qualified pipeline, conducts presentations, negotiates commercial terms, and converts prospects into active dealers.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Lead Generation & Prospecting
Identify and qualify new dealers, corporate clients, and non-traditional channels
Conduct outbound prospecting (cold calls, field visits, networking)
Research new territories, industries, and vertical opportunities
Build and maintain a structured pipeline of prospects
2. Client Acquisition & Closing
Set and conduct client meetings and product presentations
Develop and present commercial proposals
Negotiate initial commercial terms in coordination with management
