Sales Executive – Inbound Leads + Outbound Growth

Bluedge Consulting and Bluedge BPO are growing. We're hiring a Sales Executive to convert inbound leads and build strong outbound pipeline, working closely with our Commercial Team and Managing Director .

What you'll do

• Convert inbound enquiries (phone/email/web/referrals) into qualified opportunities and closed deals
• Run discovery calls, qualify needs/budget/timeline, and present solutions across our service/product line-up
• Build outbound new business via prospecting, LinkedIn, referrals, reactivation, and campaigns
• Create proposals/quotes/SOWs (with support from delivery/commercial) and close deals
• Maintain accurate CRM, pipeline stages, forecasting, and activity reporting
• Provide market feedback to refine offers and improve conversion
