Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Proposes upgrade / service module / solution to existing clients
- Carries out after-sales activities (face to face meetings, phone calls, presence in trade shows) in accordance with a pre-established Individuals Business Plan or project
- Receiving and making after sales calls for warranty callouts
- Strengthens relationship with existing accounts
- Completes and submits expense reports, forecasts sales reports
What We're Looking For
- Experience in direct B2B sale, preferably within the Semiconductor, industrial automation or manufacturing industry
- Able to communicate at all level & willing to travel
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills to efficiently handle customer issues
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia
