• Working Hours: 5.5 days (Mon – Fri, 9.00am – 5.00pm; Sat, 9.00am – 1.00pm)
• Salary Package: Basic salary up to $4,500 + Variable bonus
• Duration: Permanent Role

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with agents and clients.
• Update social media with promotions and advertising campaigns to enhance market presence.
• Collaborate with the team and executives to plan marketing and sales strategies.
• Prepare regular reports on agent visits and complaints, analyze past sales trends to design strategies and set sales goals.
• Handle BSP tasks as needed.
