Job Description

• Present and sell products used in finishing construction materials
• Able to take over and manage some accounts
• Remain in regular contact with the client to understand and meet their needs
• Follow and craft detailed business plans designed to attain predetermined goals and quotas
• Willing to do field work
• Manage the entire sales cycle from finding a client to securing a deal
• Provide professional after-sales support to maximize customer loyalty
• College graduate or undergraduate of BS Interior Design with background in civil engineering
• Preferably has sales experience with construction materials
• Able to negotiate agreements and keep records of sales data
• With knowledge of market research, sales and negotiating principles
