Job Description
The Role
We're looking for a diagnostic seller – someone who asks questions like a doctor to understand client needs before prescribing solutions.
What You'll Do
- Conduct 20 sales calls per week with decision-makers (CEOs, CTOs, Operations Directors)
- Ask strategic questions to uncover real business problems (not just what clients think they need)
- Present customized software solutions based on diagnosed needs
- Close 5-10 deals monthly independently
- Prepare and present proposals
- Manage pipeline in CRM (daily updates required)
Month 1: Shadow CEO on live calls, learn our diagnostic approach
Month 2+: Run your own pipeline and hit targets
