JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduate of any 4 years course
• with experience in sales (Construction Company is a plus)

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Understand customer needs by recommending the right product suited to their requirements.
• Update the Project team tracker daily to set priority for designers' reference.
• Resolve customer complaints quickly and effectively.
• Gather feedback from clients to provide support to the company's improvement plans.
• Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions.
• Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
