Job Description:

• Establishes a list of prospective clients and prioritizes market research based on the criteria set or as per management's direction.
• Promotes Delbros Group services to prospective clients. He/she must prepare complete, succinct and accurate Minutes of Meeting (MoM) and attend client meetings.
• Prepares regular client reports and attends client meetings.
• Develops sales and marketing strategies in close collaboration with the BD Director and Sales Managers.
• Develops plans to target new customers in alignment with the sales strategies.
• Monitors client accounts proactively and coordinates with the said clients on any new development relative to pricing and ; immediately addresses the complaints of clients.
• Attends regular sales meetings and submits the required weekly sales report.
