Sales Executive

Looking for a Sales Executive who will be responsible for overseeing a team of Sales Managers, ensuring that the sales pipeline is healthy, and personally intervening to finalize high-value contracts. This role entails a base salary, tiered commission, annual quota incentive, and a team performance override, dependent on their sales performance.

• Preferably with a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Communications.
• Minimum 3-5 years of sales experience is preferred but not required,  with advantages if the candidate came from the Waste Management, Heavy Equipment, or Construction industry and the likes.
• Team management or supervisory experience for overseeing Sales Managers is preferred but not required.

The focus is on the Philippine market, specifically targeting LGUs and large-scale commercial developments (Commercial, F&B, Manufacturing).
