What you'll do

• Speak with inbound & outbound warm leads actively looking to move or store
• Run consultative discovery calls & guide customers through their move
• Create proposals, follow up with confidence, and close consistently
• Maintain accurate notes in HubSpot and collaborate with Ops & CS
• Hit and exceed targets in a supportive, high-energy team
