This role focuses on revenue-generating customer interactions for D2C brands, requiring

strong persuasive communication skills, product understanding, and the ability to convert

enquiries into confirmed sales while maintaining a positive customer experience.

Mandatory Requirements:

  • Hands-on experience in sales or conversion-focused customer interactions
  • Prior experience in outbound and/or inbound sales, tele-sales, or conversion-driven customer engagement roles.
  • Experience with CRM or sales enablement tools (Salesforce / HubSpot / Zoho / Freshsales or similar)
  • Ability to manage leads, update deal stages, record call outcomes, and maintain accurate sales documentation.
