Sales Executive Property Development

Job Responsibilities :

• Achieve individual KPI targets and contribute to overall business objectives set by the management to deliver positive results and bring a profitable margin.
• Promote and sell properties (commercial units, with remuneration based on basic plus sales commission) across digital platforms, roadshows, and events.
• Coordinate with the marketing team to execute campaigns, advertising, and launches.
• Represent the company at local/overseas exhibitions and promotional property events.
• Ensure show units, sales gallery, and booths are always in tip-top condition.
• Handle customer enquiries via walk-ins, calls, emails, and online platforms.
• Conduct market research and share insights to improve sales strategies.
• Follow up with the customer on the payment collection, including the booking deposit, balance 10% down payment, ensuring the SPA is signed with the loan in place.
