Esset is property management software for landlords, agencies, and hostel operators in Pakistan. Five years in, PKR 1.2B+ in rent has moved through the platform, across 27,000 leases and 13,000 units. Customers include 4B Diplomatic Residencia, Alhamd Hostels, and Land Expert.

About the Role

We're hiring a Sales Executive for Islamabad and Rawalpindi. The product is real and growing, but the sales playbook is still being written, by you and the founder, together, week by week. If you want a fully baked machine with scripts and a manager pacing your day, this is the wrong role. If you want to build something real with one person above you, it's the right one.

Responsibilities

• Own the full cycle: prospecting, demos, negotiation, close.
• Three days in the field — DHA, Bahria, the F‑sectors, hostel walkthroughs, agency offices.
