1. Role Objective

To aggressively convert company-provided leads into active policyholders. The Risk Advisor is responsible for managing the full sales cycle, from initial contact to policy issuance. The Risk Advisor is expected to operate with an owner's mindset, ensuring the company hits its revenue target.

2. Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Lead Management:
• Execute a Daily Activity Quota: 50-80 meaningful interactions
• Source own leads
• Consultative Discovery & Financial Mapping:
• Perform comprehensive scoping to understand clients' requirements.
• Translate complex insurance jargon into simple, value-based solutions for the client.
