Sales Executive/ Sales Manager (Freight Forwarding)

Key Responsibilities

• Present and sell freight forwarding services including air freight, ocean freight, project cargo, and bulk shipments to existing and prospective customers;
• Proactively identify, hunt, and develop new business opportunities;
• Understand customer logistics requirements and propose suitable shipping and supply chain solutions;
• Establish, develop, and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure long-term business growth;
• Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs within agreed timelines;
• Coordinate closely with operations, customer service, and other internal departments to ensure smooth service delivery;
• Prepare regular reports on customer needs, market trends, competitor activities, and sales performance;
• Ensure compliance with Customs procedures and relevant trade regulations.
