Job Description

This positionis responsibleforsupporting the Sales Managerin sales activities in line with the annual sales and marketing plan and to achieve/exceed budget in executing the sales strategy of the Hotel.

• Maintain complete knowledge ofthe following(to include but not limited to):
• All hotel features / services, hours of operation
• Hotel function space, entertainment options,menusand floral decoration options
• Hotel safety guidelines and evacuation plan
• Scheduled daily group activities
• Answer incoming phone calls in a pleasant manner usingHotel’stelephone etiquetteguidelines.Handle telephone enquiries according to departmental procedure
• Coordinate all group arrangements
• Work with group contacts tofacilitateprogram planning and requirements
• Communicate group needs and specifications to all relevant departments
