Sales executive

We are a growing music retail shop specializing in acoustic pianos, digital pianos, and guitars. Our showroom provides quality instruments for students, hobbyists, and serious musicians.

We are looking for a passionate and sales-driven individual to join our team.

What you'll be doing

• Attend to walk-in customers professionally
• Demonstrate acoustic & digital pianos to customers
• Assist customers in selecting suitable guitars
• Explain product features, differences, and pricing
• Handle WhatsApp and social media inquiries
• Follow up with customer leads
• Manage basic POS, invoicing & payment collection
• Maintain showroom cleanliness and display arrangement

What we're looking for

• able to play basic piano or guitar

• Friendly, confident, and good communication skills

• Sales-oriented and target-driven
