Job Description
Scope of Work Identify and pursue new business opportunities and sales leads to drive revenue growth Prepare and send quotations, and follow up consistently to close deals Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure long-term partnerships Manage and update accurate client and sales records using CRM or relevant tools Deliver excellent customer service, addressing client inquiries and concerns in a timely manner Lead and coordinate tender bid submissions, ensuring compliance with requirements and deadlines Actively meet and engage with prospective and existing clients to explore and convert sales opportunities Manage the company's e-commerce platforms to support online sales performance Oversee social media channels to enhance brand visibility and generate leads
