Job Description
Develop New Business Opportunities
Resolve customer complaints regarding Sales and Service.
Prepare Quotation and Handle Negotiations
Provide after sales follow-up on Quality Issue
Maintain and grow current contract base by capturing new customer and sustaining existing customer
Preparation and follow-up of Contract quotation
Co-ordinate with the team to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of contract execution
Other task assigned by management
Requirement:
Min. qualification Nitec, Higher Nitec, Diploma or equivalent.
Pleasant personality with capability to effectively communicate with customers
Fast learner and able to work independently
Team player and results orientated
Independent, responsible, sociable and committed with good interpersonal and communication skills
