Requirement:
- 3–5 years of experience in the marine or offshore industry
- Technical or engineering background is an added advantage
- Strong industry network with a hunter-style sales mindset
- Self-motivated, positive, and a strong team player
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively identify and develop new business opportunities within the marine and offshore sector
- Build and maintain relationships with ship owners, ship managers, and technical decision-makers
- Promote marine equipment, spare parts, and service solutions
- Work closely with service engineers and internal teams to deliver effective solutions
- Develop long-term partnerships that drive repeat business and sustained growth
