• Achieving sales targets through relationship selling and product knowledge.
• Ensuring execution of proper sales processes.
• Expanding into new clientele and export markets.
• Attending at customers' feedback through technical understanding.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer records, sales activities, and opportunities.
• Coordinate with the logistics, operations, and finance departments to ensure smooth order fulfilment and on-time delivery.
