Job Description
This role is focused on driving sales performance and ensuring operational excellence across assigned accounts. The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, maintaining strong relationships with customers, and ensuring proper execution of in-store operations and promotional activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Account Management
Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.
Manage expenses within approved budgets.
Maintain a daily call rate of 8 customer visits.
Conduct thorough pre-call planning and preparation.
Implement weekly, cyclical, and annual call plans.
Assign sales value targets per customer, factoring in historical performance.
Call Execution Activities
Place customer orders and verify accurate stock levels.
Ensure compliance of listed items and proper merchandising.
