Job Description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to promote public training, and consultancy services.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calls, emails, networking, and field visits.
  • Present and promote company services to existing and potential customers.
  • Conduct client follow-ups, respond to inquiries, and convert leads into confirmed sales.
  • Update registration details and track client engagement for training sessions.
  • Assist in organizing and supporting sales-related events, ensuring effective client interaction.
  • Identify and nurture quality leads to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals.
