Qualifications

Education

• Graduate of any Business, Marketing, Engineering, Architecture, or related course.
• Open to non-degree holders with strong sales experience in construction or hardware industry.

Work Experience

• At least 1–2 years experience in Sales, preferably in:

• Construction materials

• Hardware distribution
• Industrial products
• Adhesives, sealants, or related categories
• Experience in field sales, territory management, or account acquisition is an advantage.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong negotiation, prospecting, and closing skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with hardware owners, contractors, developers, and project sites.
