Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Sales Development
Actively prospect and secure new clients through sales calls, corporate visits, networking, and referrals.
Develop and maintain strong business relationships with corporate accounts, travel agencies, and group organizers to generate repeat and long-term business.
Achieve or exceed monthly room revenue targets y identifying high-potential markets and clients.
Conduct regular sales calls, client presentations, and property site inspections to promote the hotel's facilities and services.
- Account Management
Maintain a comprehensive client database and ensure timely follow-ups on inquiries, proposals, and renewals.
Prepare and present customized room packages and rate proposals tailored to client needs and market conditions.
