Sales Executive

Responsibilities

• Assist Sales Team to carry out Request for Quote (RFQ) from the assigned customers
• Liaising with Marketing thru quotes system (Model N), and reply to customers
• Maintain / Update pricing history and quotes, maintain database of these contract files
• Communicate with assigned customers on behalf of the team, handling arising issues

• Assist in ad hoc reports on customer performance

• Follow up on outstanding payment issues with the customers

• Primary an inside sales role, with occasional involvement in external sales-related activities alongside the Sales Team

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Commerce, Sales and Marketing
• 2 – 3 years of sales co / order processing experience in Electronic Component Field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential to produce necessary reports and other documents using Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
