About the Role

In this role, you'll engage with inbound leads, understand their career goals, and recommend the most suitable training programs based on their needs. Rather than following rigid sales scripts, you'll learn how to have meaningful consultative conversations that build trust and deliver value.

Your role will be to guide them through the decision-making process, support them during enrollment, and ensure they have a positive learning experience.
