Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new clients in construction, architectural, and property development industries
• Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and product presentations for aluminum and glass systems
• Coordinate with the technical team on design specifications, costing, and project timelines
• Negotiate terms, close sales, and maintain strong client relationships
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming project opportunities

Qualifications:

• 1–3 years of experience in aluminum, glass, or construction materials sales preferred
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of window and door systems, aluminum profiles, or façade works is an advantage
• Organized, target-driven, and comfortable working with contractors and site teams
• With a valid driver's license and willing to conduct field/client visits
